Emerging Leaders Of The Year
This is a Senior Executive under 40 years as at 01.01.2025 (in a Public or Private Sector Organization) or Entrepreneur in any industry in Africa who is actively modelling peak performance behaviours, taking personal responsibility for driving results as well as promoting a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
TPP Woman Of The Year
This is for exceptional Senior Women who answered the call to rise up as Economic Reformers, Disruptors and Catalysts to stimulate socioeconomic growth in any industry in Africa. They actively model peak performance behaviours, promote a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
Senior Leaders Of The Year
This is a C level Executive (in a Public or Private Sector Organization) or Entrepreneur who is actively modeling peak performance behaviours, taking personal responsibility for driving results as well as promoting a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe work environment. The leader must have served in Executive Management capacity.
Legacy Leaders
Of The Year
This is an Entrepreneur, Founder of an Intiative or a Career Professional or Public Sector leader who has dedicated a minimum of 30 years to a craft that has reshaped his/her industry and community.
Peak Performing Organizations
Of The Year
This is for an organization with demonstrated evidence of consistent revenue growth, operational efficiency and retention of staff, customers and stakeholders. The leaders should be known for actively modelling peak performance behaviours, taking personal responsibility for driving results as well as promoting a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
