About EMERGE 2025
In commemoration of the International Youth Day, TPP Africa in collaboration with the US Consulate & American Corner presents EMERGE – A Career & Enterprise Growth Workshop.
We are hosting EMERGE 2025 in Lagos & Abuja.
This one-day experience brings together 1000 highly aspirational young Africans (i.e. emerging leaders, early-career professionals, student trailblazers, and aspiring entrepreneurs) for an immersive journey into Emotional Intelligence for Career Mastery, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Personal Growth.

ABOUT THE CONVENER
Dr. Abiola Salami is a World-class Performance Strategist committed to raising world class leaders and improving the productive capacity and brand perception of organizations and governments. He is an alumnus of Harvard University, Lagos Business School and American Government’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
He is a member of the prestigious FORBES Coaching Council. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Behavioural Modification & Performance Improvement from California Metropolitan University. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Publisher of The Peak Performer Africa.
He is the Convener of The Peak Performer Recognition a platform dedicated to nurturing and celebrating highly esteemed executives in Africa in support of SDG #8. He is also the Convener of The Peak Performing Woman of The Year an initiative dedicated to empowering and celebrating women in support of SDG #5. He founded the Dr Abiola Salami Leadership BootCamp as an intervention to enhance the leadership performance of senior leaders in the private , public and social sectors.
