The body of a four-year-old boy has been recovered from the rubbles of the three-storey building collapse in Oyingbo area of Lagos, increasing the death toll to nine.
While the nine victims include three females, the 23 rescued persons have been given first aid treatment.
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Lagos Territorial Office Coordinator, Ibrahim Farinloye, confirmed he reports.
