This scorecard helps Managers, Supervisors and Team Leads assess whether their current leadership environment supports or weakens strategy execution.

Strategy does not fail only because people are unwilling. Sometimes it fails because the manager’s environment is unclear, emotionally pressured, poorly aligned, weakly accountable or inconsistently reviewed.

Use this tool honestly. It is not designed to shame you. It is designed to help you identify where your leadership can create stronger execution.
