TPP Fest 2024 – Women in Leadership Summit

We will be hosting Women in Leadership across public and private sector organisations to a full day conversation on Enhancing the Performance of Women in Leadership with The Magic of Emotional Intelligence^TM. This will include keynote sessions, panel discussions and breakout sessions.

At the Summit, Women in Leadership will:

1. Obtain an understanding of their current level of leadership competence with a simple assessment tool.
2. Gain insights for improving Emotional Intelligence to improve their performance and overcome self limiting beliefs, common misperceptions and stereotypes that can possibly sabotage a woman’s aspiration.
